Creating a Regional Platform for the Recovery of Criminal Assets

It is planned to hold a public event - a round table in Sofia, with international participation - representatives of the member states of the Balkan Asset Management Interagency Network (BAMIN), as well as Bulgarian representatives of CACIAF, law enforcement and prosecutors.
An electronic asset recovery platform will also be set up, with a link from the official website of CACIAF. All materials related to the event will be published on the platform - legislation, studies and reports by foreign experts. An opportunity will be created for discussions and exchange of information between the Balkan countries.
